MLRA Region 10 NASIS Training Courses

The following table contains National Soil Information System (NASIS) training courses offered or hosted by the MLRA Region 10 Office.

* Course location and method, unless otherwise stated, are a classroom setting at the MLRA Region 10 Office in St. Paul, Minnesota; our Visiting Our Office page has travel information.

Off-site classrooms are acceptable with the following minimum requirements:

  1. at least one computer terminal for each two participants;
  2. access to the Internet and NASIS Central Server, from all computer terminals concurrently, and at a speed conducive to conducting training; and
  3. on-site computer technical support.

Contact John Handler, MLRA Region 10 Soil Data Quality Specialist to register for courses; our courses are open to everyone, but MLRA Region 10 personnel have first preference as classes fill up. Contact the Course Instructor for additional information about the course content or requirements.
